I began my day in Danville at a bear-themed restaurant called The Growler. And it was back to omelets for me for the 1st time since Day 1. Specifically, I got a cheddar and caramelized onion omelet. Tasty!
(Have you noticed at all that I haven’t gotten any chocolate croissants yet during the 2018 sightseeing season? I think that’s a factor of the sightseeing in 2018 being day trips out of the city. So I was more likely to have breakfast at sit-down restaurants rather than a coffee shop.)
After doing Danville’s historic walking tour, it was time for dinner in Downtown Danville. I started with green lentil soup. (It doesn’t look green though.)
For the main course, I get the very Euro moules frites.
To accompany it, I got a very generous and very colorful side of grilled summer squash.
I happily vouch for delicious dining in Danville!
